4. Press the option allowing you to select the method using which you wish to import the bookmarks. You can choose your desired browser or click on the Bookmarks HTML File option.

5. Once selected, click on Choose File. This will open the file browser on your computer. Head over to the location where your file is and click on it.

7. Click on Done.

Note: This doesn’t import your blocked websites. You’ll have to block sites again manually.

Unfortunately, you cant export your bookmarks into a file on your mobile.
